Pattaya Cafés

Coffee and breakfasts are the star of the show at Malamute Coffee near Central Pattaya.

Pattaya might be best known for its bars and nightlife, but it’s also a great destination for coffee lovers and people seeking quiet, relaxing cafes. There are numerous great cafes in Pattaya, both in the Central Pattaya area and in smaller, quieter parts of town such as Naklua and Jomtien Beach.

If you’re struggling to find a great cup of coffee in Pattaya, don’t worry. We’ve listed all of Pattaya’s top cafes below, along with links to their TripAdvisor pages to help you make your way to the best places to enjoy quality coffee in Pattaya.

Jasmin’s Cafe

This small but charming cafe on Pattaya Klang Road is a great place to enjoy fresh coffee and delicious Thai food. Equal parts restaurant and cafe, Jasmin’s Cafe isn’t a great place for working on your laptop but makes for a great coffee and lunch stop.

Bake n’ Brew

Located less than 10 minutes drive from Central Pattaya, Bake n’ Brew serves excellent coffee and tasty baked goods, ranging from fresh bread to the usual cafe snacks. A good place to stop for breakfast if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Central Pattaya.

La Baguette French Bakery

Famous for its excellent cakes and desserts, La Baguette French Bakery is one of the best places in Pattaya to enjoy fresh baked goods. The atmosphere here is a little fancy, making it a great choice for dates. While the coffee isn’t the best in town, it still scores highly — we rank it a nine out of 10 for flavor.

The Coffee Club

This Australian chain cafe won’t win any awards for being the best cafe in town, but it’s one of the best convenient options in Central Pattaya. The Coffee Club has good coffee, tasty Thai and Western food and prices that won’t break the bank, plus fast Wi-Fi for browsing the internet and sending your emails.

The Lighthouse Cafe

Located on Soi Boonsampan, The Lighthouse Cafe is a short drive from Central Pattaya and a great place for avoiding the noise and bustle of the city. The coffee here is fresh, the breakfasts delicious (try the pancakes) and the atmosphere peaceful, although you’ll need a car, motorbike or taxi to get here if you’re staying close to Beach Road.

Malamute Coffee

Malamute Coffee is a charming, conveniently located cafe that’s a short distance from the Central Pattaya area. Drinks here are tasty, with rich, flavorful coffee that enthusiasts will enjoy. There’s also a good selection of breakfasts and lunch dishes.

Central Pattaya 5th

If you prefer to make your coffee at home, this is the best place in Pattaya to shop for Nespresso capsules (tasting guide available on BestNespressoCapsules.com). You can find both Nespresso and Dolce Gusto capsules here, both at reasonable prices. Expect to pay slightly more than you would in the USA for coffee capsules due to Thailand’s import taxes.
